Carramea Resource Facilities

 

The Carramea Community Resource Centre located in South Harrow provides affordable office solutions for small charities and voluntary groups.

No need to worry about expensive contracts/leases or extortionate overheads. For a nominal annual fee of £120, that works out at £10 per month, you will receive:

  • A business address: use of a reputable business address at a fraction of the cost without legal costs, expensive contracts, rents and premises overheads such as business rates, light, heating and water rates etc.
  • Reception services: supervised intercom entrance, personal meeting and greeting of visitors, taking messages
  • Postal services: post received is stored for your collection. For an additional fee, arrangements can be made to have your mail forwarded weekly.
  • Messaging services: taking messages, whether in or out-of-office messages will be passed on by email or text messaging.
  • Public liability business insurance: your group or organisation is automatically covered for running charitable services in our premises saving you hundreds of pounds instantly.

In addition we offer flexible and low cost pay-as-you-go office facilities, which include:

  • Hot-desking work stations. Includes access to a fully-equipped desk, computer, phone and use of the internet.
  • Flexible whole office booking.
  • Meeting rooms: a number of rooms which can accommodate from 2 to 15 people comfortably in boardroom layout, larger room equipped with white board and projector for training events, seminars, meetings etc.
  • IT Suite, equipped with 14 computers. Excellent facilities for IT training. Printing & Faxing Facilities. Filing & Storage facilities
