Carramea’s Training History
Since 2012, Carramea has been providing Beginners courses in IT (Word, Excel, Internet, Publisher and Powerpoint) at our Carramea Community Resource Centre, and, through our Delivery Partners, certificated ESOL (6 levels), IT (Levels 1and 2) and Pre-Employment and Vocational (Levels 1 and 2) courses.
Since we temporarily closed our Centre in March because of Covid, we have been providing customised support using Zoom individually or in small groups for ESOL and IT (including Power Point and digital skills for access to on-line learning programmes and meetings).
Volunteers and job-seekers on work experience have enhanced and extended their digital, administrative, management, research and vocational skillsets through on-line meetings, consultations and working parties.

Carramea’s courses are free and open to all whether you live in Harrow or another borough.
Carramea’s own customised individual or small group ESOL and IT training courses and working parties will continue during the Spring Term, including our free individualised support for learners who are unfamiliar with Zoom. Tell us what you need and we’ll arrange training for you.
